HELLYEAH & Drowning Pool at Southside Ballroom, New Year’s Eve

DALLAS – Dallas metal heads and hard rock fans of all ages converged on Southside Ballroom New Year’s Eve to blow out 2014 with HELLYEAH and Drowning Pool.

Drowning Pool performed in support of their recently re-released unlucky 13th anniversary edition of their debut album Sinner, playing it in its entirety.  They completed their blistering set with an epic performance of their pit inducing hit, Bodies that threw the crowd into a frenzy.

Not to be outdone, HELLYEAH took the stage and immediately launched into the crowd favorite Hellyeah, with singer Chad Gray’s melodic howls setting the mood for the remainder of the night. Guitarist Tom Maxwell delivered an epic shredding performance as drummer.  Vinnie Paul and bassist Kyle Sanders provided the earth trembling foundation that felt like dancing on a fault line. Without a doubt, HELLYEAH puts on one of the best hard rock shows in the business.

HELLYEAH’s latest effort ,Blood for Blood, has delivered their first ever top 10 rock radio single Moth.  They will be hitting the road early this year in support of Blood for Blood.  If you want to catch HELLYEAH in concert be sure to get your tickets soon, as shows are selling out quickly.  Check out HELLYEAH’s website for tour dates, tickets, VIP packages and additional tour details.
