Big Guava Music Festival 2015
TAMPA, FL- The Big Guava Music Festival made it’s way to the Florida State Fair Grounds this past weekend. Big Guava brought bands like Passion Pit, Awolnation, Hozier, and The Strokes. Some bands have never played in Florida before. Fans have long been awaiting a performance by Saturday’s headlining band The Strokes The Big Guava Stage was packed as the band preformed songs like “Reptilia” and “Someday”.
Along with great music brought craft beer such as Cigar City, Jai Lai, Invasion, 3 Daughters Brewing Beach Blond Ale, Copper Tail, Ranger IPA, Kona Big Wave, Dream Machine, Funky Buddha, Blue Point Toasted Lager, Guava Beer and Sea Dog. And along with beer there comes food. With more than 30 food trucks, including Flaming Pizza, Hot Mess, Lemon Bar, Flame N Stone, Rich N Rise Thai Food, The Twisted Iron and The Dude and His Food, there was a fair to tempt all fairs. As a family friendly event there’s plenty for everyone to enjoy. There were vendors to shop for the adults and fair rides the kids. Big Guava Music Festival runs every year in May.
