DALLAS, TX (August 24, 2016) – Justin Furstenfeld, lead singer of Blue October, has definitely had some trials and tribulations in his life.  Most of those times are chronicled in his music spanning the last two decades.  However, Furstenfeld made a life altering decision four years ago.  According to Alternative Addiction, Furstenfeld states, “Four years ago I made the change and I started living in gratitude rather than trying to change everything. I was starting to see the fruits of my labor – I guess is what you would say – when I started this. When you respect yourself and respect the people around you, life’s good. We had put out “Sway” and that was the realization that there’s life outside of alcohol and drugs and the debauchery of rock and roll.”

Today, Furstenfeld posted a video on his Facebook page, announcing they are rescheduling the September 2016 European tour for March 2017.  As an independent label, Home has had such tremendous success here in the states, they don’t want to lose the momentum they have built.  Rescheduling the European tour will give them the time needed to continue building an even stronger foundation, allowing them to travel more across Europe and other countries in the future.  You can view the video announcement by Furstenfeld here.
