(April 10. 2018) – Superfly and A.C. Entertainment are pleased to announce plans for the world famous SuperJam at the 2018 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. An integral component of the festival’s history, 2018’s live all-star collaboration “INTO THE GREAT WIDE OPEN – A SUPERJAM CELEBRATING THE MUSIC OF TOM PETTY & THE HEARTBREAKERS” will pay tribute to the late, great Rock and Roll Hall of Famer (who memorably headlined Bonnaroo in both 2006 and 2013). Set to feature more than 150 diverse musical artists, this year’s edition of the world-renowned four-day multi-stage camping festival will take place June 7-10 on The Farm at Great Stage Park, the spectacular 700-acre event space located 60 miles southeast of Nashville in Manchester, TN.

Led by musical directors Patrick Hallahan (My Morning Jacket) and Craig Pfunder (VHS or Beta), “INTO THE GREAT WIDE OPEN – A SUPERJAM CELEBRATING THE MUSIC OF TOM PETTY & THE HEARTBREAKERS” will see performances from special guests including Sheryl Crow, Sameer Gadhia (Young the Giant), Amelia Meath (Sylvan Esso), David Shaw (The Revivalists), Moon Taxi, Vanessa Carlton, Langhorne Slim, Japanese Breakfast, Frenship, Rayland Baxter, Bucky Baxter, Durand Jones & The Indications, Larkin Poe, The Wild Feathers, Jalen N’Gonda and more, all backed by an amazing house band comprised of Hallahan and Tom Blankenship (My Morning Jacket), Pat Sansone (Wilco), Pfunder (VHS or Beta), Mark Heideger (Vandaveer), Daniel Creamer (The Texas Gentlemen) and The Watson Twins. Additional special guests – both announced and unannounced – will take the stage during the SuperJam assuring a memorable one-time-only event full of surprises, musical discovery, and unexpected excitement.
