Gasparilla Music Festival, Tampa 2015 -

TAMPA – If there’s one thing to know about Tampa, Florida, it’s that they don’t take the Gasparilla lightly. It’s an event that one would think lasts months here. Every winter the City of Tampa puts on a Gasparilla Kids parade, a day parade, a knight parade, a film festival and of course a Gasparilla Music Festival.

One of the largest Indie Music festivals in Tampa is the Gasparilla Music Festival and this year was the largest in it’s history. Held at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, a sold out crowd of over 10,000 gathered Saturday to jam to artist from around the country. Some of the biggest names in Indie Music came to preform. Artist like Modest Mouse, Gaslight Anthem, MUTEMATH and Dale Earnhardt Jr Jr. Along with great music and unusually awesome weather there was local brews and food from all over Tampa Bay.
