Northstar Dragway, Match Race Madness II, Denton, Texas -

DENTON – Saturday night at the Northstar Dragway track where the main event was Jenna Haddock, a Top Fuel Dragster Vs Howard Ferris in the War Wagon. These bad boys crank up the “10,000 horse power engines” and break off the starting line rumbling down the track in just over three and a half seconds close to 200 MPH.

Aside from a night full of races, there were also Pro-Mods, Nitro, Altered fuels, old school back half and more. Races ran until 4 am Sunday morning. The real crowd pleaser was with the spectacular flames of the Cannonball Express Jet Dragster created on the line that just lit up the night sky with an amazing large cloud of steam and explosive flames. The roar, the concussion and the 10 foot tail of flame as it went down the track was absolutely amazing; you were almost pushed off the wall. It ran over 160 MPH and took your breath away as it passed by in the blink of an eye.
