Tanya Tucker Announces Fall and Winter Tour
Country Music Icon Announces Fall & Winter Leg of Tour
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (August 26, 2015) – After a highly successful summer tour, country music hit maker Tanya Tucker returns to the stage this fall to share her music with audiences nationwide. Tucker’s instantly recognizable vocal flare is as strong as it ever was while delivering a legendary repertoire that includes “Lizzie and the Rainman,” “Two Sparrows in a Hurricane,” “Love Me Like You Used To” and many more.
Tucker has a slate of shows lined up for the fall and winter months with more dates being added to the schedule regularly. Of course, no Tucker performance would be complete without her breakthrough hit, “Delta Dawn.” The Alex Harvey-written classic, which launched thirteen year old Tucker into superstardom in 1972, anchors a performance that showcases her hits as well as stories and anecdotes from her 40 year career. “Being in front of a live crowd is something that I feed off of,” says Tanya. “From the reception I felt so far this summer, I think it’s definitely going to be a lot of fun continuing this fall. I’ve missed the fans a lot.” Tucker truly puts on an unforgettable stage show. She shows her vulnerable side through the emotional lyrics of many of her heartbreaking ballads; but, there’s another side of Tucker – the side where she showcases her flirtatious and sensual nature. Both of these elements have kept Tucker a crowd favorite for many years. Tanya Tucker Concert Dates: |
